MANAGER CONNECTION

For the last 3 years, the Manager Connection was a staple of Grow the Game’s services. One of our founding principles is building genuine relationships. Like any successful team, business, or organization we have to make adjustments in order to maintain the quality we desire.

Introducing the Manager Connection 2.0: Sweat Equity

Any student manager or graduate assistant that wishes to participate in the Manager Connection will have to complete 2 projects of their choice (see GTG Discord) as a token of admission into the program.

Once admitted into the Manager Connection, mentees (student managers or GAs) will receive a new mentor every other month during the season and 2 mentors a month in the off-season. The goal of the program is to build genuine relationships with industry professionals and former student managers looking to give back.

Mentors and Mentees can expect random outreach from the Grow the Game team for feedback on the program to maintain the quality desired.
