Grow the Game is thrilled to partner with the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) to manage game operations across all Elite Youth Basketball (EYB) events. This collaboration is designed to enhance Nike EYB event execution while fostering the development of the next generation of basketball leaders.
Through this partnership, select Grow the Game members will be overseeing game operations, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for athletes, coaches, and spectators. Our student managers will be enveloped by professional development and networking opportunities. They will implement best-in-class practices to elevate the overall quality of the premier youth basketball events.
“We are excited to join forces with the EYBL to support the future of basketball at the grassroots level,” said Jake Cerota, CEO at Grow the Game. “This partnership aligns with our mission to create opportunities for student managers while delivering top-tier event management to the most prestigious youth basketball circuit in the country.”
Nike EYBL is renowned for providing a platform for elite young athletes to showcase their talent and compete at the highest level. By integrating Grow the Game’s expertise in game operations, the events will not only maintain their elite standard but also serve as a training ground for emerging leaders in basketball management and operations.
“Our goal is to provide young athletes with the best possible environment to grow and compete, and partnering with Grow the Game enhances that mission,” said the EYBL. “Their expertise in game operations, along with their commitment to developing future basketball professionals, will help ensure that EYBL events continue to set the standard for excellence in youth basketball.”
The partnership will commence with the upcoming EYBL season, featuring a series of high-profile events across the country. Both organizations look forward to a successful collaboration that will positively impact young athletes and future leaders in the basketball industry.
